Making a community of lgtbq people helps a lot. Having people understand you is nice

Iā€™ve been there! I came out in middle school and lost a lot of friends because of it. But not only will you find more queer friends in time, but you will realize that love outside of the gender binary is so fucking amazing. It doesnā€™t mean itā€™s always easy but I feel so lucky to be a part of this community, and I know there will always be people rooting for you!

iā€™m bisexual. sometimes i wish i was fully gay or fully straight because of stigmas i get and because i feel like iā€™m too damn indecisive šŸ¤£ please donā€™t beat yourself up! youā€™re amazing just how you are. donā€™t feel bad for not being attracted to men bc some of them arenā€™t that great LOL. who knows? things could change down the line. i have a friend who went from being a lesbian to being bisexual. no one is truly static, people grow and change all the time. sometimes certain things stay the same but either way itā€™s okay! keep your chin up, youā€™re not alone

I can relate. I feel the same exact way. I am gay. The best way to deal with this is to gather support from people like you with their experiences and it will lead to a more positive lifestyle. At least that's what I do.

I'll support you with you decision on being a lesbian not everyone understands because they think us as a society is always gonna be men and woman that have to be together but its not the case the world has change.

I identify as lesbian and I know how isolating it feels to be different than friends. There is nothing wrong with how you feel. You are wonderful just as you are and part of a whole community of amazing people who feel the same. I would suggest connecting with other LGBT people in your age group and community. Do you have a local q center? Or pflag? One thing I regret growing up is not finding LGBT friends earlier in life, as many groups are for younger people such as yourself. Everything will get better hun. I promise. ā¤ļø

I feel the same way, even tho I have a girlfriend it feels like weā€™re still just friends. Being with someone romantically is overrated I feel and Iā€™ve learned to cherish friendships.

I'm not a lesbian, but you're not alone. There's a lot of lesbians out there! It's just about finding a good community with them. There's some different discords for LGBT people that have a lot of lesbians.
