The stress test is valuable. They will start you off slowly on a treadmill and slowly increase the speed until you say to stop. Often it doesn’t show anything until you are running hard. Good luck.

@Tennis_Guy so my ekg could come back fine but the stress test will show how my heart acts when I'm moving g really fast that's how they can find something?
@Silvio Exactly EKG’s are a waste of time. Put a little stress on the heart and then do the readings. 💕

I have the same chest pains. I have acid reflex
@charity78 there's no way I could have acid reflex all day everyday though
There's nothing worry about till they're is. Meaning there's no point in worrying about something that may or may not happen.
@ToeKnee I never understood how that can be a thing
if your EKG is coming back normal, you have nothing serious to worry about. it sounds like you're experiencing heart palpitations, which can be a little painful. is there anything specific that triggers it?
@wise well no just like I feel like there's little air or pressure on it ...but all doctors say ekg is fine heart sounds good I do have HBP but I'm taking meds and eating healthy and exercising everyday so it lowering and steady ..just feel like I always need a little air ...I'm not gasping or anything also when I exercise I feel great .
@Silvio yea that sounds like it might be generalized anxiety. you're not necessarily worried about anything in particular, but generalized anxiety is insidious and will strike at any time. alternatively, are you taking propranolol for your hbp (which I'm assuming is high blood pressure)? that can cause bronchospasms and shortness of breath. check the side effects of all your meds and see if respiratory depression or anything else related to breathing is on there
