I often wonder about dosing information on OTC drugs, how they usually go by age instead of weight. I am a sort of not super physically healthy person who weighs a whole lot less than what I looked up the average assumed adult weight to be, so should I take less? Probably, right?

If you aren't sure, I'd try the child dose first. If you feel that's enough, that's great, continue doing that. If you feel it's not enough, take more. For full disclosure though, I am an adult woman who could pass for a preteen, size-wise. I take adult doses usually, and it works for me.
By weight, I am actually closer to the 12 year old standard than adult standard even though my BMI is not considered underweight so like.. do I actually take the kid dose ? ?
