First Day of GED Classes and I'm Nervous

UPDATE So my first day was last Wednesday and I started my evaluation tests I go back on Monday I was nervous at first but I got comfortable and I have conflicting thoughts on one hand I'm confident about and on the other I'm nervous and scared.

My mother received her GED after being out of school for 20 years. My sister revived hers a few years after highschool with hardly any studying. It is normal to be anxious when approaching new territory. Your body will adjust better each time with more exposure. Remind yourself that you can try as many times as you need to until you get it. And congratulate yourself for taking this leap and stepping out of your comfort zone! Trust in yourself! You got this!

It can be very anxiety inducing but take it one step at a time focus on one thing at a time
