how do y'all find the support you need from others around you? no matter how hard I try, my partner won't support me and I don't know how to help him understand. I'm not the best with words and I don't know how to demonstrate and it's so painful living every day with a person who never understands and yet is my whole world

Is it possible to encourage him to read about your conditions? "I hate you, don't leave me" is good and "living someone with BPD". If not you could get some DBT cards off Amazon and make a game out of it. Couples therapy is also helpful. Sometime when they won't listen to you, they listen to someone else saying the same thing
