Does anyone have any advice for dealing with the sudden, over the top bursts of anger over small things? I don't know how to stop them because they come on so quickly I don't have time to stop them before it's too late. It takes me over like a tidal wave and I can't feel better unless I release it somehow which typically manifests as throwing something, screaming or hitting myself. I'm waiting to get into my second round of DBT so I would appreciate suggestions other than that.
