Lists, lots of lists. I got into the habit of making lists every night before bed and it helped me remember the next day. I put it on my bathroom mirror (post it note) and then put it in my pocket to look at through the day. I never put it in my purse, it will get lost. Medication helps a great deal too. I take Wellbutrin. And though it helps me quite a bit with my ADHD, it does heighten my anxiety. So I had to develop coping mechanisms for that.
If you forget to grab things, always put all of it in the same spot. Like have a spot for your wallet and phone where you always put it.
If something is important for me to grab before i leave the house, i put it on or in my shoes
