Because they’re just so tired. I think that with hEDS our muscles do so much work every day to try to keep our joints stable. Add in anything that increases your general fatigue, and the muscles just run out of their fuel sooner. And I would imagine that the circulatory differences could have an impact, but I don’t have any sources to back that up. Just a speculation.
