I have been struggling a lot recently with my severe stomach pain causing severe panic attacks. I have been unable to deal with them alone and they have been lasting for 6-8 hours. the only solution I have found so far is driving 30 minutes to my mom's house. I try to self-soothe, meditate, ground, I even took a double dose of Klonopin and it did nothing to touch it. I live in fear that I will eat the wrong thing, go too long without eating, or just wake up with this severe, untreatable pain.
