I've heard of these things called "rage rooms" where you can go and break stuff, maybe you can see if one is near you. Otherwise, punching pillows is nice, physical exercise may help as well
sometimes writing out my anger on paper or even in my notes app! sometimes even pretending to text someone
My gf and I are working on anger management right now, so when we get there I'll definitely let you know some of the most practical ones❤️
