How do you cope with feeling hopeless, useless and powerless? I had a mental breakdown yesterday. Doing better today, but how do some of you cope with these feelings? I am seeing my doctor tomorrow.

Right now I am going to therapy. Some days when i feel like i wanna die, I force myself to get up and practice a lot of self care. I shower, I make myself a cup of tea, I fix myself some food. I also go outside to take a walk and meditate at the beach. I also started group therapy which was a game changer for me.
