I usually just try to make sure that I’m getting enough rest and drinking enough water and not pushing myself too hard. If I notice I’m stressed out I try to take time to myself and lay down and distract myself or close my eyes for a while. That usually can keep them away for me at the moment! And I am about to go to sleep now but if you want you can send me a message and vent and I will get back to you tomorrow!
