How do I help myself during my bad days with POTS?

I am amazed with how different each person's POTS. For the record, mine is the other way. First stress test was only 3 minutes long before they cancelled; 165bpm already and bp to the same 165 (165/100) and extreme SOB. The rebound was the lows. Anyway, main suggestion is to find something that you can do seated/reclined. For me, computer programming was switched to working remote with ADA form. Then on any good time (I wont dare say a "good day" lol), do a 5 minute task to help for the upcoming down time. Repeat when possible. Progess, as little as it may seem, is still progress and nicer to think about during the physical lows.

On my bad days I’m pretty much in bed . Like today my HR is lower but stomach bloated and very short of breath. . It’s different day to day . Just have to figure out what your dealing with and how to calm those symptoms down . I’d log your daily symptoms and how your feeling . Will help figuring out what to do more or less of

I actually pass out due to my POTS so I have a walker for my okay days. For my bad days I have a wheelchair. I use my compression socks for the blood pooling problem. I drink electrolytes all day, and I have salt with me at all times. I have ice packs for going out because I overheat really easily. I have extra dark sunglasses for the migraines. I tried medication, you can ask your doctor for a blood pressure upper and a betta blocker. The betta blocker stop the heart rate from jumping and the blood pressure upper to control the blood pressure because the other medication will lower your blood pressure. Good luck 👍 It's a struggle for me, but I try to make it work.
