Too tired to want to live anymore.

Yes. Even those with milder symptoms don't always understand. I have nerve blocks every 3 months to help with moving my neck and wrists. Whatever works to help ease the pain and maintain mobility is good.

It's good to hear what other people do to help, treat, and live with Fibromyalgia!!! Unless people have experienced it, they have no clue what it's like.

I am in constant pain. Like childbirth with broken ribs. I found out that TiZanadine helps me move around. My Dr advises long slow stretches and slow short walks instead of really active exercise. Like anything, finding triggers is important. Weather changes and stress tend to be the biggest for me and others I know.

What is delta 8 ?
@Mamasboys it's a type of THC which is legal in most states.
Exercising for 10 mins is instant fatigue, body aches that can be sharp/stabbing. Anxiety isn't good either especially when the pain comes on my chest that is when anxiety can set in because I'm worrying about my heart. I've had to learn the difference between a heart attack and fibromyalgia. I had woken a heart monitor for 30 days hates every minute of it. Constant fatigue, lack of communications/focus/memory issues
The worst dream one could possibly have. However, I now is not a dream because it won’t let me sleep…

Exercising worsens my pain. I'm also allergic to opiates and Gabapentin now, so take only Cymbalta, Aleve, and Tylenol for pain. Some days are better than others. Low pressure system and also stress can bring on a flare. Luckily I'm retired which helps. I take a daily antianxiety med for stress. I also have arthritis in my back. The combo can be tough. Some days I am limping with pain. I also take legal cannabis for sleep and pain. It helps but is expensive, do I limit my use.
It’s good to know exercising helps- my pain can be at its worst in the morning and it can be so hard to pull myself out the door to walk my dog. What kind of exercise do you do? Because I’ve found that it can flair up my pain, but that could just be from being out of shape…
Oh, ok good to know. I'm in pain 24/7. But I'm used to it. Sadly enough
I manage it from fay to day. Exercise and being active helps A LOT! I also have freed myself of stressful situations and people. Also, I use Delta 8 for pain ,anxiety, and to feel some euphoria.
@MrsB3922 I'll be sure to try Delta 8 and see if it works 💪
@Zainah delta 8 gummies is How I sleep at night. Way better than prescription sleep meds!
It can inpredictable and predictable at the same time. I do have trigger points that hit harder than some. It can pain in the night when you know you got school in the morning. What has been killer lately is the chronic fatigue. It holds real even when you are unemployed.
