Struggling with Motivation and Suicidal Thoughts

It's so difficult not to give in to curling into a ball and ignoring the world, especially when you have important things to do (like take care of kids). My therapist always suggested giving in to the depression for a set timer, allow yourself to stay in bed and disassociate. And then when the timer goes off, you can get up and finish your tasks a little easier. It's not that simple obviously, but doesn't hurt to try! 💕
