After meeting with my therapist, I have to take a day for myself. But my family is not supportive in the way that I'm trying to plan my day off. How do you guys cope with taking time for yourself. I just want to get away from everyone.

Telling people no when you have anxiety is almost impossible, if I were you I’d plan ahead and get out of town. Idk what your families like just make sure the kiddos or fur babies or tamagotchis are being taken care of and then leave! If you can truly trust the person you leave them with would it be the worst thing in the world to put your phone on airplane mode for an afternoon?
It's the simple things for me like turning my phone off for 30-60 mins taking a nice warm bubble bath playing games on my phone listening to positive music
