I recently moved in with my boyfriend and found out him and his family are racist anti-abortion. He is 400+lbs and crushes my broken rib when we cuddle or sleep, peed in my tea when he "had an accident", and spits on me in his sleep because he won't wear his sleep mask. it's hard to get a job and leave all the yelling everyday because of my disabilities no one wants to be liable and the state won't help me with food stamps or anything because I just moved states. we live with his family (mom, brother, brothers boyfriend, and grandpa).

First off, ew. They all need to grow up and accept things. He sounds like a horrible person to be around. I hope you can get out of this "relationship ".

To give an update: I finally got a ticket back to my mom's for Jan 14th. I will be telling him and his mom a week before. However he threatened to kill himself and burn everything that reminds him of me and told me I'm getting a $200 present on the 6th so I won't be here for it and he'll burn that too (when I said I was leaving the 4-5th of January. I took the precautions of telling his brother and his boyfriend to find and hide his gun before I leave when I get in the car to leave I'll be texting his mom to watch him.

@Kitty_Malone don’t tell them when your leaving that’s not smart if you want to stay safe do not tell anyone when you are leaving

@Kitty_Malone I really recommend you to leave without telling him your plans or to atleast seek advice about leaving safely beforehand from a womens charity please 🙏🙏🙏 they might be able to pick you up and bring you safely to your mums.

I gotta ask how does one "accidentally" pee in tea?

      • Kitty_Malone

        504d

@Doost he was to lazy to get up and go down stairs to go so he uses bottles to pee in so he doesn't have to get out of bed

I know how it feels to be treated like you're nothing. 5 days ago, my husband and I got into a fight and said I liked being raped by my biological father. I snapped, I walked up to him and smacked him as hard as I could. He threw me around and finally got me on the floor (wood) and wrapped his hands around my neck pressed down so hard that he torn ligaments in my neck. I almost passed out but somehow managed to get away.

@Fire1994 I hope you had him arrested and are getting a divorce I know abuse doesn’t stop it just gets worse and they can kill you so don’t pretend it will be better it eont

        508d

@Fire1994 Sad thing is, I'm still with him. I have no family no friends.

@Fire1994 yeah this is scary and dangerous. You seriously do need to call the cops on him but do not admit you slapped him! In some states they will arrest you. I was arrested for domestic assault the moment I admitted to slapping my partner despite him throwing me around, holding me down, breaking my nails, etc etc. Do not admit you slapped him no matter what. Depending on the cop, the city, the laws, that's all they'll focus on. But get out of the situation before that man kills you. Seek out a shelter and build your life back up ALONE. Without friends or family. The workers at those shelters will become all that to you in time.

@Fire1994 you need to call the cops on him or talk to your local women's abuse center they have to help you no matter the gender they will get you out of there and you can make a lot of friends

What the hell.. this is absolutely horrible. You should honestly break up with him. This is on another level of toxic.

      • Kitty_Malone

        509d

@zzell I broke up with him and he ignored it then went crying to his mom I called him racist she yelled at me and I've been in worse relationships I should just stop saying yes to people when I need something or I'm bored it never works out

I’ve been in a distraction like this before, it’s always the hardest to move away from toxic abusive people, I’m here as a listening ear

she kicked me out because college wasn't giving me enough to pay her rent and give her about $200 for her and her bfs dates

He sounds terrible.. You shouldn't have to live like that. Like someone else said, try your family if they aren't abusive, shelters and see if your local health dept has resources. I work for my county HD & we help find resources and apply for benefits and such. Good luck!

    • italianxpeaches

Are there any shelters you can possibly go to until you can maybe try to apply for disability? A shelter might can even help your chances of getting disability and housing. I had an ex who was in a shelter here (before we met) and they helped him tremendously get on his feet. They helped him with disability, helped him get housing through section 8, and food stamps, all kinds of good things when he moved from California. That was before we even met, he told me all this. You just got to find the right place and people. Clearly your "boyfriend" and his family aren't those people though. Good luck.

@italianxpeaches I was going to say google the Womens shelter for abused women someone will come and get you! Don’t tell them what you are doing though make sure you have a passcode on your phone so they can’t readit

@italianxpeaches I don't even know where to begin I've never been here before and I'm technically not a resident of ohio yet I've been here since oct 22

@Kitty_Malone I'm so sorry :( maybe you can Google shelters for the city you live in and start there? I wish I could offer more help to you.

@Exrs I hope so too but i don't know what to do about moving out I need constant monitoring and can't get disability or a job. I also can't drive

          504d

@Kitty_Malone why is disability not letting you have it? I would think you qualify by your condition. What about a shelter? How long have you been with this guy? Do you have friends that can help you out with a place to stay for a bit?

        • Exrs

          511d

@Kitty_Malone It's hard to do sometimes. I wish I knew what to tell you. Do you have anyone that could bring you things you need and do you have any places around you that you can get help with rent and power?
