I'm trying to have a baby with my boyfriend and struggling because of PCOS. Is there any type of medication I can take to force my body to ovulate so we can get a fighting chance in getting pregnant?

My obgyn put me on metformin to help regulate my cycle and got pregnant my 4th cycle on it in 2019-2020. Had my daughter Nov 2020. I had a miscarriage Aug 2021 and I blame it on not being on the metformin. I've done a lot of research online and woman who are on metformin during the first 12weeks of pregnancy with pcos have a less chance of miscarrying. So that is the reason I'm back on metformin is to help me get pregnant for the 3rd time and hoping not to miscarry again.

I got pregnant on clomid. It wasn’t easy, and I needed to increase my doses a few times. Femara was my doctor’s 2nd choice if clomid didn't work
Thank you
I've heard that Inositol can help, and you may also try taking some basic fertility supplements! :)
