Has anyone tried music therapy for anxiety?

And pretty much all you gotta do is find out for yourself . I kinda repeated myself there

Yah guess you won't know until you try :) also the thing is everyone's options and experiences are always different. I mean I like people's advice but at the same time everyone is different and how they feel about music therapy or therapy what they get out of it you know :)

oh, listening to music on your own is beautiful and i'm not doubting its use! to my understanding, music therapy is like a guided session of singing, playing instruments and composing songs to reduce stress, improve mood and for self-expression. i just don't know if adding a person to my journey with music is worth paying for.

Oh yah music therapy well you can listen to any upbeat positive music and that will lift your mood ! Or your saying there are therapists that you can go to for music therapy?
