Honestly, this is what I've done and what I've found that helps me. Make two lists. One of things I can control. And one of things I CAN'T control. Whatever happened in my day on that list that are out of my control, I do my best to not stress over them. But the things I can control, I try to manage. Can I work on my time management? What about saving money somewhere? More sleep? Those types of things. Hope this helps hun
