Feeling Like Crap Despite Normal Blood Test Results

I got my blood test results back and my iron is up my ferritin is at a normal range.... BUT (of course there is a but) I still feel like crap... I'm tried, excessively hungry and thirst, all the same symptoms but less headachy. Everything us normal and some things are above normal like my ferritin but my doctor said thats normal after iron infusions and everything should level out later. I'm honestly starting to think I have cancer or something. At this point I'm heading towards a dark place. I can't keep feeling like this, I just want my life back 😩 does any one know what would cause excessive hunger and thirst, fatigue, eye trouble, neck pain, headaches. besides diabetes i already got check for that and it's been two years I feel like I would've had a diabetes reaction by now idk.
