Hi! As someone that's had insomnia since birth even though I have a husband and a cat they are both snoring... it's hard to not be depressed by that. I was on zopiclone for over a decade until the NHS decided to stop it for long term use about 5 years ago. The doctor said it was addictive, I'm like okay... I must be addicted to sleeping every night then because I didn't before and haven't since... something most people take for granted they do naturally I can't.
