Finding a Therapist: My Fears and Concerns

Finding a therapist is intimidating and stressful, especially if you have autism! Try to find a therapist educated on things you need, specializing even. Just research on what you need. There’s lots of different things, do you need advice? Do you need someone to make you feel heard? Need an informed and educated life coach? They have options galore! Just look for particular things you need and want. Email or call around. It’s intimidating but SO helpful once you get settled
