does anyone use any apps on their phone to manage their condition? I'm trying to improve my mental health and get into a healthy routine for my family but not too sure where to start...

      I like using KnowYourself (app) & Excelatlife.com It's different test that you can take & give you a score, it'll give you articles to read about certain topics to help you better cope/manage issues, you can share your results with Dr & this will help with your progress & your mental health team will really understands what going on with you. When i first came across this I took the test & personally email it to my psych then she forwarded it to my therapist then we went through the whole test (it took a few session) to better understand my mental state. There are some parts of the test that did suggest articles to read & we went through them as well; after we finished that my therapist emailed my psych his final assessment of me
