I'm always too much. I can talk too much. I can be too loud. I talk about things I like too much. I don't mean to. I don't even know when I'm doing it. I just know that when someone brings it to my attention, I just feel shitty

      I also have auDHD, as some people call the combo, and I really relate. At this point I have internalized the idea of being too much or annoying or too energetic or other such things. But I'm working hard to unlearn it because when you find the right people, you won't be too much, and the problems they do have will be things that are easier to work on and things will be worth it. So no, you're most likely not too much. You're just different, and you need to find people who can appreciate that.

      I feel that too. My fiancees brother always gets upset with me because I'm too loud or I'm to hyperactive but you know being a normal is a boring thing. It's more fun to be yourself.

      not sure how helpful this is - but it's ok to confront the other person about how their* reaction to you is inappropriate. ofc, only stick to what's comfortable for you!

        @meridian Thank you 😅 I don't think I've thought about that.

        @iheart that's good advise. There's nothing wrong with you. You just need people that cam keep up.
