How has your diet affected inflammation? I'm looking into an anti-inflammatory diet, recommended by a friend with RA and am interested in hearing others' experiences.

hey! I have RA, Lupus and some other connective tissue conditions so I also follow an anti inflammatory and low histamine diet as much as possible! It’s hard sometimes as I have loads of weird allergies (such as paprika, vanilla etc) but i definitely find it eases aches for me, and when i’ve been slacked on following it i feel that i ache much more (I’m a professional dancer, so sore muscles defo creep in often!) I’d defiantly recommend trying !! feel free to message any questions :)
