I'm currently on winter break and I was supposed to use this time to catch up on school work but instead I am even more overwhelmed. I haven't gotten holiday gifts for my family, I haven't done any schoolwork, I can't even enjoy the things that I want to, and I'm having severe abdominal cramps for the second time this month. I have no idea how I'm gonna make it to the end of this school year

I’m so sorry :( I was in a similar situation this past summer break. For now, don’t worry about the gifts for your family, I’m sure they’ll appreciate anything you give them. Just focus on yourself right now. Take care of your body and your cramps first. Do some self-care or whatever else you need to do to feel better. Then, honestly, I would do one thing that you enjoy before you even start on schoolwork. The break is supposed to be, well, a break, and you deserve do something you enjoy. Plus, it’ll lift your mood and put you in a better headspace to do schoolwork. THEN I would do schoolwork. Take it easy, don’t push yourself, and take breaks. If you’re still behind at the end of it all, I would talk to your teacher about your situation. In most cases, they can give you accommodations.
Take a breath and start on some school work. And you can never go wrong with gift cards. Your stressing is mainly caused by the school work, so maybe you should work to get that done.
