Im struggling with mood swings and the anger behind all of them. I tend to feel angry for hours and then another emotion rather than just that emotion. Any tips on easing the anger/mood swings? or anyone who can relate?

      Are there any fully free DBT apps? I really cant afford a monthly payment or to pay for an app and have it not help :/

      I definitely relate. I find that trying to stay in the moment and ground yourself by using your 5 senses can help. Like what do you taste in that moment? What do you smell? What can you see? What are you hearing? Are you touching something? Guided imagery helps too.
