I'll be getting some pretty soon from someone local. But from past experiences I've had with it, yeah, it helps calm me down a lot. I would do it in moderation though because smoking too much will start affecting your mental state. Everyone's different though.

it depends really. what i learned is you cant rely on it to fix how your feeling, you gotta work with it. for some people it chills the anxiety and irritation down, but for others it makes them paranoid and helpless. i do it often so i can regulate myself better, and it helps so so much. but if i get reminded or fixate on a bad thing, it just makes me more anxious and it can escalate. if that happens i just practice mindfulness and change my thoughts onto something else. you cant control how the thc will affect your brain, its a different experience each time. if you slowly introduce yourself to it, learn your tolerance and how it affects your mentality and body, it may be of help for you. the main point is, do it in moderation

im the same as other comments. helps sadness not be so sad and anger not be so angry. anxiety levels are usually more focused on :( sometimes they aren’t as focused on if im super angry or super sad. it depends.

@221bakerst ig if u understand that borderline can’t be always cured through aids then you can try to balance out if u wanna do THC. im autistic so excuse my bluntness, i’m wanting to help. so for example sometimes we take certain meds that help with risk of some sorta side effect. and for me thc has the side of effect of not exactly helping my generalized anxiety. though if im anxious like with an anxiety attack it will aid it. i hope that makes sense
