TW!!!!!! (PTSD relating to S*xual Assault, Distressing themes) Ive been having a lot of nighttime anxiety. it is currently 2:22 am and i have been fighting off an attack. not sure why i get so out of it when its time to go to bed. wondering if it is because of my trauma from my molestation and r*pe as a child and younger teen? It feels like im floating yet falling at the same time. Currently in a weird state of mind so im hoping what im sayinf makes sense. How do I comfort myself? ive tried Journaling, drawing etc.

Nights are definitely harder because everyone is asleep and you’re left alone with all your thoughts. But just remember you’re safe.
Nights are the hardest. Do you have netflix listen to meditation. You will work on your breathing and grounding yourself. You got this. You are bigger than your past and it's in your past. Focus on your present. Tap finger tips and Tap the bed and things around You. You aren't in that situation and you are ok and you are safe. Keep repeating. I'm so sorry that happened. No one has the right to take your self worth away or your self confidence away.
