hi everyone š¤ iāve been on my mental health journey for years now but have only just been diagnosed. i was wondering how people feel about their diagnoses, namely autism as it was a surprise to me and my family that i had it. how do people deal with being told āthey donāt look autisticā ? still getting my head around everything and figuring out how to navigate my life in a neurotypical world. any advice would be greatly appreciated. š„°š„°
