Lately I’ve been having a really hard time and NOTHING makes me feel better. I can’t even cry when I want to. Music just makes it harder, in a weird way, because I hate happy music and when I’m upset I want to cry but lately I just…can’t. Not even songs that always made me cry make me cry anymore. I just got over Covid and I still feel awful. I have a bunch of acne everywhere and I can’t even contact my doctor because of how busy I am with school (x ray school). What should I do? I know self harm would help me feel better but I know it’s bad so I’m trying to stay away from it. I just don’t know what to do.
