hi everyone :) i posted last night asking for coping skills because i’m in relapse mode but no one saw it. anyways i did relapse today i just don’t know what to do anymore.

      Deep breathing particularly the square breathing method helps me a lot, journaling is another important method that helps me cope. I’m more of a distraction person but crying and listening to sad music helps. Also releasing anger but in a safe way. Put a plate in a bag with all your feelings written on it then while it’s in the bag smash it on the ground. I also love music, puzzles, painting, crosswords, coloring, doing makeup for distraction. It all depends on what works for you. Hope things get better. Sending love
