Hi I’m Kaminari Denki, fictive/imprint alter in the Pluto System. I just caught our dog eat our cat’s food and had to scold her, which we don’t like doing. I ended up saying something that triggered the system, because it was something our parents used to say to us. I don’t really know what to do. Mostly because this is my first time fronting. I don’t really know how to cope or talk about anything. Cuz it triggered body trauma and fictive trauma. I feel stupid for saying anything but I don’t want to keep being a burden and not helping the system cope. Any advice, I guess?
