Does anyone else have a random trauma response out of nowhere. And what happens is that you have this odd turning and just generally uncomfortable feeling right above your stomach and under your ribs. And it’s not anxiety, but something else and you know it. It feels like when you go through a traumatic event but you are completely safe when it happens and nothing has triggered you. I have this all the time and don’t know if it’s abnormal or not. Please let me know if this happens to you.
