@Hummingbird do you have certain things that trigger it? I also have asthma since I was around 4.

All. The. Freaking. Time. I've been trapped in my head for a long time, with very stressful thoughts about personal issues. I've been trying to get out more and go for walks to distract myself. I've also gotten an emotional support animal for me to have while I'm in my college dorm room. So far it's helping. But yes, it is hard to get out of your head when you're trapped deep in there.

Most definitely. Anxiety sucks like that.

Yes! I would give anything to be able to run away from my brain sometimes. Going down that rabbit hole can sometimes lead to not loving myself. I have tried to see myself as a strong person who is able to endure and overcome. You can do it. You can take control of it. Just strive to accept and love yourself for who you are and know that you can learn to control it instead of it controlling you. People who endure anxiety are some of the strongest people I know.

Yeah alot of the time when I'm in an attack I feel as if my mind isnt connected to my body due to the lack of control I have over my body and mind it's just panic. But getting through them and processing what you felt and why you might have felt these things may help with feeling more control or stability while in these places. :]
