Looking for Dry Skin Treatments Without Lotions or Oils

Has anyone tried the spray lotion ones. Thoughts? Also I take a medication called dupixent. It seems to help me with my skin condition as well as my asthma

I feel this! I have sensory issues with lotions too but use them when I have to. One thing I’ve come across lately is like solid/stick forms of lotion that are very lightweight/don’t feel gooey like lotion does when you apply them but do help. Maybe look for one of those?

I’ve tried oatmeal baths which were great but I moved to an apartment with a shower 😥. Petroleum jelly also worked for some time. I’m also taking omega 3 which I heard could help too. Also, don’t take showers that are too hot or too long, this tip has been truly helpful to me.
