Working from home has been really tough for me because I trained myself to not be so blunt by seeing how people react. I keep getting told I’m mean and rude when I ask people I manage to do their work because I just say things. I don’t want to tell people I have autism (because that’s definitely why I do it, I see no problem with how I deliver information) but I feel like it would help. It keeps happening and I don’t know what to do about it.

Iv always been blunt I just hold my bluntness in because it's seen as "rude". Never understood how it's rude though

Just be honest. Autism is lifelong, so do you want to be at odds with yourself forever? You may find that people are more receptive and understanding if you tell them, as difficult as that may sound, but part of autism in general is being unable to decipher social cues.
