I moved into a new apartment on my own recently after years of wanting it but being too afraid to do it, and I’ve had a really hard time with my routine and my mental/physical health the first few weeks here so far.

I recently moved into an apartment for school and I’ve also had difficulty with my mental/physical health and keeping a routine. It’s a big adjustment for both of us so I think our bodies are still trying to adjust but we’ll get there! 💕

Congratulations 🎊 that is a really huge life change. So be proud of yourself. If you conqured that, just take baby steps and you will be able to conquer everything else.
That's a huge thing you've done. No wonder you're feeling burnt out. What did you used to do for your routine? Even if it was a long time ago?

Baby steps... it will take time, but look how far you've come! It will take time to get used to it but it's great you jumped over that first big hurdle.
