Struggling with Deadlines and Flashbacks

I have a dead line in eight days. It’s winter so it’s getting bad again and the flashbacks are starting again. I can’t make myself do anything. I quit my antidepressants and don’t want to get out of bed. When I do my schoolwork, I hyperfixate into a frenzy until I cannot stop. I don’t sleep most nights and don’t shower for days at a time. It’s not that I don’t know I stink it’s that I can’t make myself care, I can’t feel anything other than the dread. I don’t talk to my friends anymore, I just sort of assume that if they wanted to talk to me they’d reach out first.
