My anxiety formulates as general fear which can easily turn into a really unproductive self-hatred. I panic easily about how I’m perceived at work/school and especially about my own idea of achievement. It’s a repetitive mental trap that can be hard to get out of!
I overthink a los, but really A LOT. I can spend hours or even a whole day just thinking and thinking and thinking.
