Question for those with depression does it ever make your body tired and hurt? Like your joints. It’s night for me and I’m like laying in bed at 9pm and my joins hurt and are tired except I’ve done like nothing to make them hurt. Wondering if anyone else gets that ever?

      Yup. Usually it’s due to unnoticed stress carried throughout the body/nervous system creating stiffness and etc.

      yes, i have depression and it’s made the joints in my back hurt really bad. especially when i’m shivering and my lower back starts aching and it’s the worst. that’s why i always say my body isn’t built for the cold weather because i’m an island person and whenever i’m doing simple stuff like doing laundry or loading the dishwasher my back starts hurting when i finish and it’s so annoying

      I know it’s hard, but moving around a little, whether it be rolling over in bed or walking around your home, can really help with this. Try a coping skill to reduce some of the stress, and get a couple minutes of exercise in, and you may see some improvements ❤️

      Yes but depression alone wouldn't cause severe pain I suggest you seek a diagnosis

      I can’t say, my mobility issues stem from other issues BUT u do know that depression Najee it’s way into different parts of your body. If the pain gets bad, remember to stretch and go more aerobic exercises
