Severe Gluten Intolerance - Burning Pain and Bloating

I seem to have a severe gluten intolerance (not celiac) and experience gas, extreme bloating, and a burning pain in my lower abdomen when I eat it. It feels like a burning/boiling pain combined with something eating away at me inside. I had allergy testing done and am allergic to 3 different grasses, and the dr said that sometimes people allergic to grass have trouble digesting grains. Is anyone else the same way or have the same type of pain?
