I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I was about 13- I’m now nearing the age of 22. However, more recently I’ve been questioning if I also am on the Autism spectrum, and I was wondering if anyone else has also dealt with this? The combination of the two is really distressing, as there’s some conflict, specifically in what I should be doing to help my PCOS and the things I am unable to handle due to sensory issues. Any advice is super helpful.
