How do you guys deal with the pain once you’ve taken the max dose of pain reliever? I’ve found ice sometimes works but not always. Do you think essential oils are an option?

I use this thing called "fallin' apart" by urbanism edge the 2x concentrated one. I buy it one amazon. Its essential oils in a roller bottle. Will never go without this again.

Essential oils are extremely important to talk to a doc about, some of them can hurt your liver which is the major concern in this situation, that being said, lavender and Rosemary aromatherapy helped me
