Does anyone else with POTS get a terrible pain in their left side when sitting for too long? Does anybody know anything that helps it as quite often I have to travel far for work and it has me in agony.

I use a cushion when sitting for long periods of time because of “coat hangar” pain especially in my shoulders and neck. I try to be aware of my posture and shift sides if I’m leaning or having pain.

Yes I do too and it hurts usually I just try to sit up straight and not slouch
