I’m kinda starting to freak out. I was just at dr but didn’t think anything of it till after😩 but this past week I’ve struggled to get a full breath in (would take me multiple yawns to get it out) and it’s starting to scare me. I wanna say it’s anxiety but I don’t think it’d last a week. Also I’m getting labs to check if I have iron deficiency and i looked up symptoms of it and one of them is shortness of breath and I have basically all the other symptoms so I’m trying to stay positive and think it’s just that, but it’s hard to to think cancer cause I also have back pain (probably just from working on feet and my degenerative disc disease and scoliosis, and it feels more like a muscle but it’s in my whole back)😩 any tips on how to ease my mind? I can’t wait to get my blood drawn so I hopefully figure something out.

Therapy is something that has definitely helped me because if nothing else i can rant to someone! Also I've learned that although it's easy, we can't worry about the things we can't control, especially in the future! You got this 🙂
