Do You Experience Anxiety Symptoms?

I totally do! 😅 it sucks so freaking much bc i feel like i cant even control my body right plus the weird looks when out and judgement from family who dont believe im not trying to twitch or move or shake

Yes! I have all but the tingling. My body seizes up often, usually in stressful settings, but sometimes randomly. I think it’s a sign that I haven’t learned to release tension properly, so my body tries to shake it out.

I do all the time I get very irritated easily

Danggg! Really?? I only get like that when I have a panic attack and then afterwards, I get depressed because I just want them to go away. So you have Tourette’s as well?

I become really really shaky and I can’t control it even when I take my medicine it gets to the point where I can’t even speak sentences sometimes and I can’t write on paper
