Took 2 years to taper off Lexapro and have since relapsed into depression. Getting put on Zoloft now. How do people take it and what are your experiences on it? 1) when do u take it? My dr said to try taking it in the morning. If I get nauseous to try taking it at night. 2) how long till u notice it’s helping your depression? My dr said to give it 1-3 weeks to see if it works for me. 3) what dosage and frequency r u taking it? My dr is starting me on 25mg and said that, since withdrawals aren’t bad like Lexapro, I could explore just taking it a few times a week in the future. Although rn she said we should start with taking it daily.
