I worked out once during covid when it first hit and haven’t done it since 🥴
I was thinking of this today too because I was so annoyed with myself. I managed to exercise daily for a week straight then went back to bad eating habits and never working out again the last month. I wish I knew how to stay motivated enough to not quit.
